Question 1

How long does a typical pool build take?

Accepted Answer

Most residential pools take 10–16 weeks from groundbreaking to handover, depending on size, site access, and finish complexity. Commercial and hotel projects typically run 16–24 weeks. We provide a project-specific timeline during the design phase.

Question 2

Do you handle design, engineering, and construction in-house?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Design, structural engineering, and construction are managed by our in-house team, with one project lead responsible for your build from concept through handover.

Question 3

How is a project priced?

Accepted Answer

Pricing depends on pool size, structural complexity, finish selection, and site access. Use our estimate tool for a starting range, then we'll provide a detailed, itemised proposal after an on-site consultation.

Question 4

Is a deposit required to begin?

Accepted Answer

Yes, projects begin with a design deposit, followed by a staged payment schedule tied to construction milestones, detailed in your proposal.

Question 5

Do you work outside Colombo?

Accepted Answer

Yes, we deliver projects across Sri Lanka, including coastal, hill-country, and inland sites. Site access and logistics are assessed during the initial consultation.

Question 6

Can you work with our architect or existing landscape plans?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely. We regularly collaborate with architects and landscape designers already engaged on a project, integrating pool engineering into the wider site plan.

Question 7

Do you offer ongoing maintenance after handover?

Accepted Answer

Yes, every new build includes an initial care period, with optional enrolment in a scheduled maintenance programme afterward — weekly, fortnightly, or monthly, based on usage.

Question 8

How often should equipment be serviced?

Accepted Answer

We recommend a full equipment health check every three months at minimum, more frequently during monsoon season when filtration works harder.

Question 9

How do I know if my pool needs renovation or a full rebuild?

Accepted Answer

It depends on the condition of the structural shell. A structural and waterproofing assessment — which we provide as the first step of any renovation enquiry — will confirm which path makes sense.

Question 10

Can you renovate a pool built by another contractor?

Accepted Answer

Yes, the majority of our renovation projects are pools we did not originally build. We assess the existing structure and systems independently before proposing a scope.

Question 11

What warranty do you provide?

Accepted Answer

Structural work carries a multi-year warranty, and installed equipment carries the relevant manufacturer warranty. Full terms are detailed in your project proposal.

Question 12

Can I customise the shape and finish of my pool?

Accepted Answer

Yes — every pool we build is designed around your site and preferences, from freeform and geometric shapes to a full palette of finish, tile, and lighting options.
